Limbaugh Scholarship Program Dedicated to the Late Penelope Adams Rogers
Through all of 2024 and 2025, we will be dedicating the scholarship program to our distinguished Family Foundation board member, Penelope Adams Rogers. Penelope fulfilled a lifelong dream of joining the Foreign Service while raising a family of four. She promoted our country’s interests around the world through diplomacy. Those who worked with her found her to be gifted, kind, and meticulous, ensuring everyone was treated with dignity and respect. She brought a combination of fact-finding and an ability to empathize with the stories of scholarship applicants to her work as a board member that all will emulate at the foundation going forward.
